Illegal search and seizures is on a rise in the U.S. police basically using their authority in order to press their wants on the citizens by checking cars of minorities and income cases just out of pure fun just o get off there jolly’s. What I know about this subject is that you have different social issues in American history where the police cared out their own methods of solving crimes which are a crime it’s self it does not abide by the constitution and it discourses human laws that I fell every human being was born with I fell although this is an ongoing problem even in my neighborhood and even I get pulled over at least once a month when my car is legal license good and plates is legal why do I get searched yelled at and sometimes handcuffed and treated like a criminal when I didn’t even have a charge and was not being arrested it truly frustrates me to even be able to tell this memory because I have been going threw it most of y life and it definitely is not like TV Rodney king was real and so was Deolo and we as a people cannot let are youth be shaken by these systematic dogs that we call community server when they only serve tickets and bad vibes I can’t wait to one day leave a community like this for good. In high school I used to go to these anti police rally sometimes id even skip school just to be a part of this movement I feel so strongly about because they can’t beat all of us if we stand also from the influences of great leaders like Marcus Garvey and Malcom x of course it was taught to stand tall and bold no matter what that is what I will do because I rather die on my feet than live on my knees this to me is a reflection of how the government truly feels and is token out on us like we are the enemies you worried about me selling crack but planes crash in are most prized building and all you can do is apologue wow democracy at its best.

Essay 3

Reading Life Boat Ethics gave me an over view of the world hunger issue I never really thought about. The writing its self was more of his thoughts and theory’s and in some accusations he was absolutely right then you have other instances where he was using his imagination a little too much. The idea of the life boat is based on how the world has extremely more rich than poor and the rich control the poverty level instead of help solve the poverty level in the world in which they basically control. Instead though they use there influence on the general population in order to gain more money and more power and get away with it scot free. I agree with the notion of being suspicious of the interaction between the government lending a helping hand and the government or certain individuals who’s power is as great as the government can use this vile reality in life and cloak there true objectives which is power money and respect. The understanding of this to me is quite simple capitalism and the new world order at its best. Then you have the points of when he was speaking about immigration and matters of outside countrymen coming to our home and being able to live what we call a normal life but to others its considered almost paradise compared to the harsh conditions of where there from. He claims to feel that we should basically open our borders and let them live. Which is a great concept of chivalry something most feels these days don’t exist, but what about the disease and the unsanitary ways of how these outside countrymen get to the U.S. can cause massive problems amongst the citizens at our home. I’m half Puerto Rican and yes I’m all for Latino families living prosperous, but at the same time I don’t want to have to where a mask to go to school and distribute my ever day living not to mention one day my future children’s lives just so some one else can work a nine to five.
The tragedy of the commons as a concept was a good way of explanation of the way us as human beings can share the resources on earth together in harmony is a great of looking at it, but is it truly logical doubt it. The reason I say this is because in order for every human being to share the resources mean no actual commerce or business in an economic form it will be going back to trading goods to one another from country to country. Now to me if this was possible then what would be the point of having different countries why not just have own countries world wide. Not to mention religions which definitely has a great influence on every countries governmental structure as a whole something that is truly not revered as much as it should. Most religions basically formed the world’s first governments, vendettas, wars, slave trade and etc. For this equal goods approach is great as a concept but not really rational because some culture just hate other cultures and to me probably would start another war. In all actuality most wars was started over infiltration of the governments to gain access and sometimes control over another civilizations resource of the land in which they where birth upon. If you want to share something what about reparations but that is another story I rather not get into. These acts of disrespect and genocide in some case can not be over looked when they have been going threw it for centuries and decades. That’s like me shooting up my neighbors house and going over there the next day and asking for a cup of sugar I mitt go in his house and never come out. These ways of thinking whether its hate, faith or just plain belief is to powerful for most citizens in most countries to let go because there is to many lies that have been spread for too long amongst the governmental realm of this planet as a whole from the third world countries to the world powers such as the United States of America. Just the thought of the towers still has some families from Iraq here on are soil scared to walk down the street alone sometimes and this situations supposed to be dealt with. The gas and oil is not getting any cheaper the fight has not bended it is still as savage as it was when it first started. The Arabs giving away oil in rations to the whole world is seemingly impossible from the ties of terrorism. These ties is the reasons leaders for to long have fallen from violent action upon them because of there power. These ways of thinking is like a modern day statue of limitations when it comes to how the world government could be able to share this earth evenly without somebody stepping out of line. What would stop any other country form attacking us while are guards is down. How many critics have pointed that about why 9/11 was possible?
Now at this point I’m going to take emphasis on the World Food Bank, the World Food Bank is a international depository of food reserved to nation to contribute to there abilities of helping out the rest of the planet. This business entity is something that is so simple but yet has a complex way of expressing these contributions of the countries involved. The World Food Bank said by Garret Hardin has generated tens of millions per year to the United States all covered up by this legal operation of decoying us in to believing the agenda that was only shown to general public as a pacifier to shut us up. Which even further my point of the world governments not having the want or not even seeking a need to help one another really us help the government not even there own people get to reap any benefits only wealthy families who slob over pennies and drools dollars like are saliva in the deepest sleep that the dead don’t even see because there sleep is not from neglect of being informed. I’m talking about a mental state of feeling stable when we are in an emergency cause anytime operation such as this can takeover so quick and easy it hasn’t to be from the lack of knowledge by the general public. General Public meaning those who do not know about the subject. This is not something that just popped up out of no where this is a problem that has been unraveling since the early nineteen hundreds. Our tax money has been going to operation of this beast then when don’t have a clue where it went or how it really was spent and wheel is the evidence of it making a difference around the world we can see I guess only the government can see it and CNN just is not where they’re supposed to be when shoeing us visions of these hungry children all around the world. This money tricals down to the railroad industries by them transporting the goods, grain elevators profited from the storing of surplus goods, and farm products increased from the need of more machinery. Now you do not just have a save the hunger situation now you have an industrial monopoly or some would call a corporate takeover. Similar to the technology companies with their new forms of software they bring out every year that basically does the same thing just something new to by. Also I would like to throw in the fact of where is the budgeting for these type of delimits that the other country take in there own hands because these country are not still around from not thinking ahead. Budgeting is the probably the most key thing to the operation of a government how can you support the people with no funds.
The public access to these programs of world involvement is held back to conceal the truth. The emphasis on the humanitarian effects is surely horrendous when it comes to the information giving in order for the public to be aware of how the hard earned money is being spent. We as Americans our now in crisis where one day we mitt need the rest of the world to help us from these types of actions do we deserve there help after we put up the front to give a helping hand will others our starving looking at us butter are bread not fair. Selfish interest is the bases of my points of how the world cant share here resources amongst one another because even we are guilty of our own set backs and it is not just an America situation it is also a U.N. situation because why ha this not been highlighted and dealt with according to there laws that bound these government power houses. We need the education as a people around the world to deal with this problem because it literally will take every human being in the world to stand up for each other and really focus on the world being replenished with love and help with issues that seems timeless. There is a saying that says do not give man a fish teach him how to fish and he can eat for the rest of his days. This concept needs to be applied to the citizens of the earth we only know how to do for our selves we do not know how to do for every one else. From this state of being we will have to learn the hard way.
It is said that Joseph taught the Egyptians how to budget for disaster to keep there civilization afloat. Budgeting is not just an accountant’s job it is also the people’s job on an everyday basis. I bring to the table population control a way of thinking the governments use to keep the economy or everyday living to a stable rate but people suffer in the process. The world food bank is needed because of the need of aid in these third world countries around the world. If these countries are having a population growth of alarming rates and only has enough food to feed half the population it already got then what you think the world food bank is going to end up doing, aiding the cause as if there is no end. There’s tactics these countries use to keep the population growth to more of a minimum. In places like China for instance they do not let their citizens have too many children and if they do then they kill them to keep the growth down or ship the children to other countries to basically be sold or adopted. In some cases they end up in great homes of delightful people who love kids and will do for them as there own, but then you have those who pimp the children in these underground child pornography and prostitution criminal organization that operate world wide also. These countries if they don’t go to the World Food Bank then them possibly can starve and die from famine and disease. The percentages of children born every year poor is extremely greater than the children born rich that’s where the gap begins between who has something to share to the world and who does not. Seems like these families who basically own the world would itch in and help out it is not happening will the rich is getting richer the poor makes the rich richer form labor and taxes but our reasons for payment is not met. Pretty unbelievable truthfully form the way our culture here is protrude to show that we mitt not necessarily be what we are all cracked to be when it comes to democracy. Especially when we got people starving here in the U.S. all major cities got countless amounts of homeless and hungry with really no place to go and not that many hands landed out to help. The ghettos of America our not too far from these third world same issue socially and economically these environments are mechanically engineered to be modern concentration camps for our people to be subdued by the savage ways of treatment then you feel there should be resources shared between these tyrants. The only thing being shared by these governments’ resources is keeping the poor and uneducated in order to keep power and keep the people relying on the government like a saragood mother to nurture our very being.

From what I seen once I saw the interview with Bob Dylan is basically me I saw a person who was in need for excitement and was tired of woes he had at home. I saw a man who once was a boy who people tried to decide his life but toke his own path and connected with his true roots as a person the musician. This deep rooted jungle of a timbering banging sound drumming movement with in the very soul of a human being and can flow out like steam off newly baked cakes but what’s sweet about is not how the words taste you sing but the flavor of your content I saw a man who partied hard and seeing death mitt not be so bad because this world gets small to a man that traveled so much its all spiritual maybe he’s already at his super level of a person this type of influence can only come from the ruff fights yelling everything unpeaceful can erupt into the strive for peace harder than before e but these flames of unhappiness is extinguished by the humid remorse for your self the faded out bs leave then you only have what you always had which is your self that golden opportunity that every person wish would be magical and wish would nurture there very existence I write mostly about government operation because the government reminds me of my self self righteous bulshhhh that contradicts its self but makes sense and is logical to me but is that what really matter how logic is for the person not the people and like a government there logic only applies to there life Bob Dylan made his own bulshhhh to follow and he sheded those unpeaceful ways to take on new skin as leader to bring change as the rapture brings Jesus basically I liked it not much time to see it but I got enough from it very receptive I can be capture by the small things and I can express the huge thoughts I have about them thanks for the experience bye

Essay 2
Poverty and homelessness along with starvation and disease infestation strikes our children worldwide and we can only ask the questions. Whose fault is this? What should be done about it? How can we solve it? Peter Singer says the United States is spending most of the income on material interest and leaving morals and compassion behind. They should spend at least a third of it on overseas aid for children in need. I agree with some of his concerns and the fact that he cares and wants to help, but I don’t agree with the way he goes about them. The United States is a world power but it is also has people down on they luck some are homeless at an alarming rate, when I lived in Washington, D.C. the capital of the country there was homeless people sleeping in front of the white house. I remember seeing what I call shanty homes where the homeless made there own communities under 295 in south east. It really hit home once I experienced that for the first time. Peter is correct in the perspective of bringing awareness to the world of how serious it is I’d like to see better ways of solving it than just Americans spending a third of there income on another countries situation when are capital has U.S. citizens in need. My personal experience is what I kind of resorted back to once I read The Singer Solution to World Poverty I felt his intent to reach out but you got people begging for change at bus stops in Norfolk why do I have to send $20,000 across the world when obviously there are human being in need right in front of our faces most times that is where we over look are issues when its right under noses.
These two pieces where different but also very similar in the message he was trying to get across about helping underprivileged children. He warrants this with notions of how other countries spend higher percentages of there funds on helping children in need. He states the U.S. was not going to make the recommended percentage of 0.7 percent from the U.N. in the next year of 2000. While the percentages in Japan and Denmark with Japan spending 0.22 percent and Denmark spending 0.97 percent we looked very weak in that area of concern. Which seems true from his statistics though there’s different ways to help needy children and save there lives by being at local community functions and being a helping hand and mentoring in little brother programs at schools and recreational centers to help cultivate and once the child’s thinking is enhanced they as a person can enhance. I think it’s more than just spending money it’s also taking responsibility for lending a helping hand to your neighbor. There are children starving in our own back yard. I concluded that Peter Singer is aware but has to stop pointing fingers and really make a move at home then out source afterwards.
I also feel that Peter Singer is wrong in the fact that he was inconsiderate to the everyday reality of the American people at this present moment. Who actually has that kind of money to throw at another mouth when there rent is going up and there pay is stagnated? Minimum wage has went up but not that much especially when you count in single parents like grand parents who might be taking care of there grand children alone. It’s not right to write a script for those who want to help, but be reasonable to there status of living. Not to say that we are at a poverty level of those countries in which he was talking about, I do understand that they are in a state of emergency. I just can not get that fact of running threw these jungle gym setup ways of getting a decent career. It seems that a plasma screened television might be more important than a college education in some instances when it comes to the true reality of what’s going on in America and what’s in the media.
Peter Singer talked much of who’s not putting in the time to stop and lend a hand. I would like to know what his contribution to hungry children around the world is. What has he put out per month and his checks from his prestige’s way of life because I doubt he lives on the other side of the tracks with his profession? Professors aren’t exactly on the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to jobs. I my self do janitorial work in at Norfolk General I don’t have enough really to live out side my mothers house that’s why I go to school, but I don’t have it to save the spend a third of my money that might only add up to a happy meal and a twenty five cent soda. They’ll be pretty mad. I think this article was enlightening, but not well thought out at the same time might need to reevaluate then re-write it.

Out of all the books I’ve read none I can say can compare to the spoke who sat by the door by Sam Greenlee. Truly haven’t read crazy amounts of his books but this particular book motivated me and showed how diverse and articulate you can be in order to get your point a course I love to talk about politics and this book actually paints the picture of a revolution like the governmental revolution that we’ve all been waiting for. Seriously though I’d say the notion of being able to take over a country not necessarily be muscle and violence but by ideals and understanding of the people and what they want and need I first read this when I was about fifteen years old and at the time I was infatuated with the streets and just being out late acting a fool and this book definitely had showed me it doesn’t have to be like that because of where your from or what people think about where your from you can truly change the country off your thoughts and actions then the movie like certified it I was so hype when I had first seen it. Also the book from niggers to gods by Akil J Clopton it broke down the process it takes in order to go from the struggle to the point you want to reach in life spiritually and socially and being educated is very big part of it I never paid attention it until I read what he had put in front of me then I saw the same vision id like to be apart of the movement to help this message get around to other who went threw what I went through.

The expression of Nicholas Carr was swift with knowledge and thick with obscurity. Nicholas Carr explains in detail of the affect that Google and the internet in general has on the minds of the world today. He speaks of the many inventions made by the creators of the evolution in labor and mechanisms for use of the civilization who raised us. Not in a form of tribute, but in a form of example in how he points out the true usage of the power are brains exerted out by having to focus greater. The internet he says is stifling is length of attention and thought. I for one agree and also feel that the internet or media period is responsible for miss-understanding of truth. I strongly believe most parents let the electrical devices used today as comfort in our homes is really tomorrow’s placebo. The gimmicky world we experience today is like a commercial in the reality television lifestyle of our daily lives. But I do feel though that the internet truly helps me tremendously especially for school and music So I can relate to Nicholas Carr’s feelings on the mental takeover by the internet influences of pop ups and flashy icons with savvy words as a distractions from the subject at hand the reading of a piece of writing. Even though when it comes to business it’s a playground for any tycoon with capital and marketing skills, a good graphic designer, and time on his hands and get anything going on the internet. The internet is great for entrepreneurs of today because it opens up a larger audience to what you have to offer, you can be located in Salt Lake City and import products to New Orleans via e-mail with pen-pal or how ever you set up your payments. Personally I remember Africa Bambatta saying it in his songs not to trust computers I use it as a business tool and entertainment not for an out line in life. Nicholas Carr is correct as far as attention span there’s a lot of even college students who has a hard time paying attention in class.

I believe that people are uninformed and persuaded to believe what are government wants.
I believe that society is stunned by are new president.
I believe that government effects are everyday life.
1. I believe that justice is mostly what a person chooses it to be.
I believe that knowledge is the key to life.
I believe that science is the explanation of how life operates.
I believe that reality is based off what type of environment a person is in.
I believe that life is constant motion and never dies it only transfers.
I believe that happiness is found with inside you and can be influenced by the outside world.

My belief of people in America being uninformed when it comes to the governments ideas of running the country in the future. The government has propaganda and agencies dedicated to the control of its citizen’s hearts and minds. Even in the spiritual world the government can scare some into being religious or unreligious by the events setup by the many people in there organization. Patriotism is a concept that the politicians made as a trendy slogan for the war which has been started in the Middle East but chooses unpatriotic ways in order to carry out the process of democracy in this country. This way of persuasion is effective for those who are looking for hope like the lower class people in the country. These younger citizens who are looking for a job at a hard time to get one are easily put in the position to sign there life over. Not to mention make a living out of killing an opposing force that we find later might not even be an opposing force. The way this idea of persuasion works is to use your livelihood to bait you in. Which is understandable but what would be different if we really could see the truth behind these accusations and military operations being carried out through out the world.
The opposition who feels as though the government is a saint in angles clothing say that are government is an s genuine to the country as sweet potato pie. Despite the evidence found against they are a vacate followers of the system. Patriotism is a way of life and so are the ideals of the country there being patriotic for. This group of people probably hit the army and marine line the day after 9/11 to sign up and become Americas ultimate soldier no matter what is the truth because it hurts to be attacked from out so nowhere for no apparent reason and as long as its on U.S. soils its wrong. These people understand the reason for the democratic obligation of our constitution and are in love with the power it gives us as a great nation in the world today.
